Dr. Mei-yung Leung, vice-president of the HKIVM, was invited to present a seminar by the Paul-Y Management Limited on 26th September 2009. The seminar named as “Introduction of Value Management”. It covers a logical team decision-making process in the VM for construction projects. There was over 60 managers participated. All of them really enjoyed it very much.
