How to be an Effective Facilitator?

This training workshop enables you to understand the role of facilitator and acquire the most useful facilitation skills for conducting workshops and daily meetings.

  • What is facilitation process?
  • How to enable participation and contribution at the meetings?

 

The training workshop to be conducted by Ir. Lilian Chan who is a Chartered Engineer and has a BSc degree in Production Engineering and Production Management at University of Nottingham, UK. She is a Certified Facilitator of Facilitator U of USA and certified VM facilitator (HKIVM List B). She has more than 12 years’ experience in delivery of partnering, risk and value management workshops for project team and 25 years experience in business improvement consultancy, training and coaching for leadership services. She has facilitated over 200 workshops and is also actively involved in coaching, cost saving study and business process improvement projects. She is an Value Methodology Associate (VMA) with Society of American Value Engineers, Register Corporate, Coach (RCC) & Certified Business Coach (CBC) of WABC.
