Mr. Anthony Wilson, past-president of the HKIVM, and Dr. Mei-yung Leung, vice-president of the HKIVM, were invited by the International Quality and Productivity Centre to present the Value Management in the Construction Project Risk Management Conference in Singapore on 28th-29th July 2009.
